This week’s guest is Captain Russell Lewis, a motivated Air Battle Manager and co-founder of Higher Level Leadership.   • Captain Russell Lewis is an Air Battle Manager at Robins AFB. He commissioned in 2015 as a Force Support Officer, through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps at Jackson State University (Detachment 006). He has experience as the OIC of the Sustainment Services Flight, the Commander of the Military Personnel Flight and deployed to the Middle East as the 380th Expeditionary Maintenance Group Executive Officer
  • Additionally, Captain Lewis co-founded Higher Level Leadership (HLL) a non-profit organization dedicated to providing leadership development opportunities, mentorship, and community outreach programs for minority leaders. HLL recently hosted the first-ever USAF Diversity and Inclusion Summit, a joint service event dedicated to molding a diverse group into highly influential leaders dedicated to unifying, educating, and empowering generations.
